File990Now

Your nonprofit's Form 990, filed in about ten minutes.

Forms 990-N and 990-EZ for small and mid-sized tax-exempt organizations. Start with an EIN, confirm what the IRS already knows, answer a few questions, and submit.

We pull your organization's name, address, and filing history from IRS public records. Nothing to pay until you submit.

1

Enter your EIN

We look up your organization in IRS public records and pre-fill your legal name, address, fiscal year, and prior filings.

2

Answer a few questions

Plain-language prompts instead of IRS line numbers. Totals and balance checks run as you type, so nothing is rejected for arithmetic.

3

Sign and submit

Pay only when you submit. Your dashboard shows acceptance and keeps a copy of every return. We remind you next year.

Which form does your organization file?

Larger organizations and private foundations (Form 990 and 990-PF) are not supported yet.

The deadline that costs organizations their status

Most exempt organizations must file by the 15th day of the 5th month after their fiscal year ends: May 15 for calendar-year filers. Miss three consecutive years and the IRS revokes tax-exempt status automatically, which affects donor deductibility and takes a paid reinstatement application to undo.
